It has received over 2.4 billion Spotify streams to date.

In 2022 Cirkut co-produced and co-wrote the first single from Britney Spears after her conservatorship ended, “Hold Me Closer” with Elton John. The song peaked on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart at #1 and was on the chart for 52 weeks. “Unholy” by Sam Smith and Kim Petras peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. It was the first Grammy in a major category to be won by an openly transgender artist in the awards’ 65-year history. The song was also the 16th best-selling single of 2023 and has received over 1.5 billion Spotify streams to date.
